Cell Phone Policy: A "secret" is "something kept quiet." Cell phones need to be as well. On Silent or Off in the Spa area is much appreciated.

Reservations and Cancellation: Prior to booking a Spa appointment, our guests will be asked to secure the reservation with a major credit card. Emergencies do occur which we truly understand and will be granted such courtesy of a 24 hour notice to all cancellations. A 50% charge will be automatically applied to the card reserved if there is failure of notification, 48 hours in advance, to our Spa coordinator. A phone call only takes a moment.

Spa Policy: To ensure you get the most of your Spa experience, and the full service that is set aside for you, it is upon our request that you arrive 30 minutes prior to a Spa day. Relaxation is what we thrive on. Rushing does not allow such resources.

Gratuity: Our Spa packages and individual services, unfortunately, do not include gratuities. A 15 - 20% gratuity is pleasurable.

Currency: We accept cash, personal checks, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. A $25.00 charge will be applied to all returned checks. All prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Children's Policy: Although we love children too, our other guests may be trying to escape from parenthood for a brief moment and we ask that other arrangements be made for children not receiving services.

Gift Certificates: Our gift certificates are always a nice gesture and we love to provide our wonderful packages, as well as customizing your own. Note that they are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are valid for one year from purchase date.
